how does it go with the charger much more power? and is it the charger off the 4agze and what carb are you running? it looks like a good set up

Sc12 mate? What are your crank/sc pulley sizes? What boost are you running?

Interested to see how it performs on the 1.3 compared to the 1.6

Nice work. I've been trying to work out what is actually "upright" on my sc12. I've never seen once actually installed on a 4agze. Is it when the two rotors are one above the other vertically?

Are you running the stock G16 crank pulley?

My mistake. The mention of a carby through me off.
How about pulley sizes/Boost pressure?

main pulley 130mm might be standard?
charger 120mm

The supercharger was not working well and had been badly set up so I removed it and decided to start from scratch. Pulleys didn't line up and it jumped around loose as well as air intake was dodgy. The ute had a 2" body lift and the pipe work still hit on the bonnet as well as a hole had been cut in the guard liner to clear the bottom mount. I re-drilled the bottom mounting bushes so I could use a heavy bolt and welded up a stronger bottom mount. The first problem was that the outlet hit on the extractors and I couldn't get the charger to sit up level I asked for some help from " zookprojectfnq" Chris has great skills and an excellent workshop. He made up a complete new outlet out of steel This moved the outlet away from the extractors and heat allowing the charger to sit up straight I then needed to make up a new top bracket Not that proud of what I ended up with but is is strong, clears the outlet and does the job. It clears the inner mud guard and clears the bonnet without the body lift. Still need to fit heat shielding Now to fit an air box and connect it up Can't wait

Top end was awesome. carb is a webber will check on the size, don't know what jets are in it.

top bracket looks like it needs to be braced to the extractor studs for additional support.

If so wouldn't that indicate the 'top'?

Yeah it does indicated the top but I dond't know what angle it normally sits at. There could be a range of 45 degrees either way you could tilt it. I know it doesnt point straight up when the charger rotors are vertical.

air box out of a Holden rodeo 2.8 TD Would of liked a bit more pipe between carby and air box but not enough room. Still had to move charcoal canister and windscreen washer bottle. Need a fuel filter mounted just before carby Maybe inline??? Nearly there.........

I would think if you used a decent sticky oil in the geartrain, it wouldnt matter what rotated angle its on, as long as the driveshaft is on same plane as the engine.

Another job to do Hell there wasn't even a taco fitted!! Why would you spend a small fortune building a motor with port and polished head mild cam and hardened valve springs and a supercharger without the essential gauges Hybird I mounted the charger so that the carby sits level The dipstick is at an angle so will get you a pic if you need. Installed a air box and intake today will post a pic later, working on a gasket for the top of carb at the moment.

The carb seems to be a 34/34ADM weber of a falcon to me.

I just punched it in with those pulley sizes and it came out at 9.2 PSI. I know its just math and doesn't allow for flow restrictions etc. but it would be nice to see how close it is once you get your boost gauge on.
