Gday guys,
i've just finished the drawers i've been making for my Swb Sierra this weekend and thought i'd better post it up,
also i plan to use the area above the wheels either side of the drawers as storage as others on here have done,
but ill do that when i can be bothered.

Dont be too harsh with the criticism haha

You planning on setting off a tactical nuke in your boot? Looks plenty strong enough!

What did you use for runners, just out of curiosity?

Nice job!

Cheers, yeah I made it fairly solid and then had to weld a few more bits in to mount the runners on,
I got the runners from the local hardware shop, ordered in especially, they cost $80 all up for both
Sets and are rated to 40kg, I would have liked some stronger ones but I ordered these on a bit of a whim so
Hopefully they'll hold up.

i saw those runners down at bunnings for 50 bux a pair. They have the click in type that will keep the draws closed until u click them in so they dont slide out round corners etc.

Great clean work man.

Cheers

looks good dude! tough as nails. I did mine with qubelok aluminium extrusion to save on weight. and i didnt have to weld shit!
you can get tougher slides off ebay for a similar price, but with 2 drawers you should be right! (I had one big drawer so need the extra beefy slide)

Have you considered running the top slab all the way to the sides?
