Ok so this is what i have so far and just wanted to see what everyone thinks. I haven't got access to a bender that will bend tight bends so im making sure everything is sweet before i send off a template to get bent up. after I did this im starting to think that i should have put it up higher maybe even cut the front grill and mounted it ( to improve the angle). The winch is over kill but i got it for the same price as a 9000lbs so i went the big one, anyway do you think i should mount this higher or it wont be a problem? cheers

Thx for reply Pezz, it was playing on my mind for the last couple of days. Ill take it out this weekend and give it a run as it is aswell, one other question i didnt ask is what size bar work are most people using? I was going to use 34 ish ID to give me a 40mm OD but I did get told this might be overkill, one day i might continue the bar work down the side to sliders so 3mm wall would be needed in my mind but i deal with electricity not steel so advice on this would be appreciated.
Cheers

The material sounds fine. The leading point is lower than i would build myself. But if you don't go any lower/further forward with the tube it should be sweet. Then get bigger tyres!
