well ive been looking about and havent really found what bull bar i wanted 4 the price i wanted 2 pay so i decided i would build 1
so i did a few quick scribbles and finally come across something i like. so i did the messaurements and did a few tec drawing and decided it was doable so 2day after work i got the 2.5mm thick sheet of steel and set 2 work
after about 3 hours i have made the bumper section of the bull bar thanks 2 a few of the guys at work letting me in on a few helpful hints and ways around my problems i come across
so here r some pics all i have 2 do now is well it up and fold the ends round and the bumper section will b complete then ill b working on the rest of it

i like your measurements it seems like it is going to be a pretty good scale. lots of sierra bars are way to big, especially on coilies. To put it in perspective mine is 100mm where yours in 140 and 60 where yours is 60 and i think it is also 55 where yours is 45
