Your bolts are too long. did they teach you nothing. only 2 or 3 thread out the end of the nut. Geez Royce. Welds look good, just grind off the bolts and it's all good. |

That was an in progress shot, those round head metal head screws (did you sleep through that class in engineers school ) have been cut to length and locked
