Firstly, welcome to auszookers.com!

Second, before you start posting all over the place please take some time to look around, read these rules, look around the forum, understand how things operate.

New user registrations
1. When registering, choose a suitable name, be carefull about using "trolling names".
2. Use a real email address because you will recieve an activation email to start your account.
3. Make up a password using letters and numbers, and don't forget it!
4. Vehicle Specs: (Required info for registration) Basic specs are ok. - Bad info may get your account restricted until fixed
5. Location: (Required info for registration) Use a proper basic location. False ones may get your account restricted until fixed
6. Submit the details.

7. Account activation: At the moment accounts may be activated it different ways. Some times admin will have to approve account and sometimes accounts are activated by the user themselves.

8. Once the admin have approved your account you will be sent an activation email, you click the activation link and then you're account is ready to go and you can log in.

Note: If you are using Hotmail or other wierdo email accounts like that, you have to check your junk mail folder as the activation email may be placed in there.

9. Newly Registered Users New members have some limits. This is done to protect the forum from spam and trolls.

10. Only one username per user is allowed. If you register multiple usernames both your usernames will be suspended.

Private Messages / PMs
When you send someone a PM, it will remain in your Outbox until that person reads it. Once the person reads it, it will move to your Sentbox.

Signatures
Only "AZCrew" forum members have the Signature option.

Threads / Topics / Posts
When creating threads, put as much information in as you can. Put as much info in the post as you can, it will help people get an idea of what you're talking about and will increase the chances of a usefull reply to help you.

For Sale Sections
Try to add in as much information as you can and contact details. Add detail to the topic heading so we don't have 100 topics called "stuff for sale".
We don't have many rules, but to stop fights, we don't allow EOI (expression of interest) or Auctions. If your item does not have a price, the thread may be moved, locked or deleted.
If you are not interested in the item or can't help with the sale, do not post replies in peoples threads causing trouble or you and your posts may be removed. Trolls will be suspended. See below "Account Suspension"

Each thread needs a State and Suburb location of the parts/vehicle

Tech Section: If you create a thread in the tech section with a heading of "help" it may be deleted. Using descriptive topics and posts also helps the search function, so people using the search function in 2 years may find your thread helpfull.

Trips Section: If you create a thread in the Trips section, please put [State] Location and Date in topic, otherwise we end up with 100s of threads called "wheelin".

Your Rigs Section
Start a new thread here with good information about your vehicle, photos are good too. This is a "limited chat" section, so please limit chat and stickwith the good information and photos.

Fabrication Section
This area is for your fabrication threads, things that you have built for your zook, like barwork, mounts, individual jobs. It's not for vehicle build threads. Vehicle build threads go in "Your Rigs Section"

Make your photos smaller suitable for the forum
For an easy solution for the technophobes, go to this website, upload your photo from your computer and then download the smaller version. It does it all for you. click here: http://www.shrinkpictures.com/
Then when you make a post in the auszookers forum, you can insert that photo to the post.

Account Suspension
We run a pretty relaxed kind of place here, but occassionally people get a bit excited and say silly things, so for the benefit of the greater community people that say silly things sometimes have their account suspended for a short time. If you find your account has been suspended, it's probably obvious why. If your account has been suspended just cop it sweet. If you register new usernames and come back and continue, your IP address will be blocked and then you wont be coming back at all.

If you register a second account, both the new account and your old account will be suspended or deleted, including all posts.

No business advertisng is permitted outside of the Business section. Anyone that just spams the forum trying to sell stuff will be banned.

AZCREW - Forum Supporters Group
When you buy a sticker from the AZ shop your account will be:

1. The "AZCREW" logo will appear under your name
2. Your signature will be enabled
3. You will be able to attached photos to your posts
4. You will be able to create POLLs
5. You can create one thread in the Business Section
