Have a question. Did a search but it was a bit conduluded. I want to put WT diffs under my 1 liter tip top (84) model. Can I use 1.3 NT center and carrier in the WT housing? Will the axels still slot in? I like the 4.3 reduction I have now in the 1 liter NT and want to keep it roughly the same. What's my other options. |

Your 1 litre will have 4.1:1 diffs right now, NT 1.3l is 3.9:1. To use WT housings you have to cut off the old spring perches and weld new ones on to suit the narrower spring spacing. I think you'l need some longer U bolts too. |

Sheps selling me his WT diffs with NT spacing. I wanted to run the higher ratio 1.3 NT diffs. Thanks for the replies. |

Comes with his tail shafts. All I need to do us run a swb rear shaft. I have the switched 1 liter case and already have a 1.3 and 5 speed in it. Should be really straight forward. |
