Hey, I removed my oil cap with the engine running the other day and it almost stalled. From what I understand this is normal/a good thing in some vehicles. Is this correct? It's a G16B Thanks Tom |

Yeah. Acts as a vacuum leak. |

Yeah I thought so, of all the cars I've owned I've never really noticed on them, they'd loose a few rpm but not almost stall. Thanks for that. |

Sounds like your PCV is stuffed, ive certainly never come across more than a real small few models that are affected by the cap being off |

Yeah in audi, BMWs etc it's seems to be normal. But I'm not sure in the zook now you say that. From when I was last playing with the valve it clicked, and I'm 99% sure it's in the right way. I might have to double check. |
