hey i know this has been covered im sure ive read stuff on this topic maybe on "scales" thread some where... anyway tried searching for info on this, but ill be fu*#ed if i can use the search function succesfully even tried google serching hoping az threads would come up please if any one can point me in the right direction or even show me how to search on this site would be heaps apprciated, as i want to rebuild 1 of the 2 t/c i have to put in my jimny, also zukenutter mentiond to me if i use my gear box from my 2012 jimny the gearing will be way low. so if i remember rightly i may be after a gear box from older jimny? what year would i be chasing?? i was hoping with 30" muddies the gearing wouldn't be too bad thanks in advance wise people of the az forum, ps i know how much it seems to upset ppl asking the same questions, but i can never find anything relevant when i search... ive even tried searching how to search thanks in advance to anyone that can be bothered to help me out |

Try this, http://www.trail-gear.com/tech/zuk65gears/index.html They are installation instructions for 6.5 reduction gears but should give you a step by step destruction/construction of the TF case. Just where it says to install the reduction gears, put backst he old ones.. I think this should tell you |

Download the suzuki fsm for step by step transfer case instructions. I used the trail gear instructions but found it didn't allow for a full case tear down and new bearing install. I put the case back together and had several bits left over as a result of this. |
