Hi Guys I have a leaking fuel tank in my lwb ute. It uses a different tank than normal sierra's and I cant seem to find one. It's currently epoxied up and i'm waiting for it to fully dry before I fill it up and see if it leaks. Does anyone know if it would be possible to get a normal sierra to fit?. Any Ideas on cheap aftermarket tanks? Cheers |

Yes, it's the same tank, only the filler position is different. It wouldn't be hard to get the filler position changed. Otherwise the tanks are identical. Steve |

Can I just get some longer hose and route it to my filler neck? or is it on the wrong side or something. |

According to some people there is no such thing as a tray back ute or a sierra with a mid mount tank. Obviously you know they are wrong because you have one so if you want a fuel tank for your factory Sierra tray back ute then check for sale section, I have one for sale. |
