hey team, i hit a mud puddle a little quicker than i should of and have the little battery light come on. ok.. i thought i killed the Alternator, so i replaced it with another one from the wreckers, and the light is still on? (and is not charging) is there a fuse or relay i might of popped? or could i possibly got a faulty alternator from the wreckers? appreciate any help cheers Tony |

im pretty sure the alternator needs 12v to start charging so if you run it flat or the alternator fails for a period of time, the light comes on...... |
