Pretty with EFS and fitting isn't hard!

You don't need lift to fix 215 75 15 but with bullbar on the front it may of sag abit I ran 215 km2 with no lift with no issue but the mudy really suck the power away so a engine swap help

Looked up the proper Jimny specs, says no more than 205 with stock suspension, probably just stick to that, some people have said when turning they get issues with 215's on stock

My suspension has sagged a bit, as the car is always loaded up.

I had my km2's on for 2 years, the car is a daily it spends most of its time at the shopping centre and shes never had a problem with steering, the only problem I ever found is when I hit the sandy ruts hard at speed to get through the big 33" bog holes, They would just touch the inner wheel wells. But that's got nothing to do with lift that's bump stop spacing, but of course lift would help. The only reason why I'm going away from stock lift and 215's is that I don't want to do a massive guard chop, other wise it would be stock lift, guard chop, 31's, bump stop spaces, coil retainers and longer shocks.

a lot of guys on here rave about dobinsons springs & shocks, can order them through the supercheap auto site in the parts section.

i'd recommend staying clear of king springs & ultra king shocks (basically the ebay set), i have them & the ride is terribly harsh, will no doubt swap it all out one day.

i think that second jimny may also have 215/75/15 tyres too. the lift is good, with the tyres as well it's great.

Cheers, going too stick with ome I think, might head into arb on weekend see if I can get them to knock a hundred or so off haha

Do some research on the lifts, OME are very soft rated spring, and your front end would sag with the bull bar. Just a heads up.

any mechanic will be able to fit it, but they're dead easy to do (recommend spring compressors & a mate's help though).

nah, just spray tinted, wanted it fairly light, but it went fairly black lol.

got your eyes on a specific tyre ? i really like my hankook dynapro mts, haven't had them long but can't fault them so far.

the dynapros are quiet, my thinking with the MTs is that the tyres are still pretty narrow, so the extra grip couldn't hurt.

& yeah lost some power with the tyres, but i think that it'd be no real different going to ATs over MTs, but can't honestly say.
