Gday fellas, In the Vit i have been hearing a really bad screeching noise from the rear left wheel. It only screeches when im going 130+. I have suspected it could be a wheel bearing, but if anyone has any other suggestions on the problem it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. |

If I recall, you are in Darwin? You've been playing in the black mud that is frequently found in low lying areas outside of Howard Springs and near Palmerston? I'd say from personal experience your wheel bearings are fucked and soon will be your starter motor and seals on the lower parts of the car. Its not the greatest stuff if it gets inside the bellhousing either. |

Nah green diff fluid is perfectly normal, it's assembly lube used when setting up the suzuki circle spin ratio for the diff. It's only a problem when it changes from green to red. The red indicates that you should stop and not proceed past go. |

No. But when you do wheel bearings you do seals as well which is the good news for your wallet. It also shouldn't be green unless someones made green diff oil, usually if its had water (a legit concern up here) it comes out as milky sludge. Did you buy this car off of Steve? |

Good luck with your wheel bearings and seals its not that bad of a job. Use the right sized drivers, I bought a bearing and seal driver kit. It makes life easier and you'll use it a bit if you continue to mess with cars, motorbikes or anything. Or just find the right sizes of pipe. But it was easier for me to get a kit. |
