I have a stock carby on my 85 Sierra and like a lot of other Carbys I've read about the auto chokes not working right. The automatic side of the choke isn't being so automatic and the chokes sticking and stalling the engine. so if I can't get it going right over the next couple of weeks I'll be thinking of switching to a manual choke and was just wondering is there another carby that's just a straight swap for the stock one or what's the easiest way of getting around this.. Just correctly adjust the stock choke as per the FSM Steve. |
