Hi all, I'm a bit stuck and need help. F10a motor. Have put another head on but not sure how to do the timing from scratch. I've got a Haynes manual, however it's seems to only detail the straight forward disassemble / reassemble process and not what to do when you have new components and no markings ect.. What I need to know is how to set the cam timing so it matches the crank ready to install the timing belt and how to position the dizzy. Also there are 2 keyway positions on the cam sprocket with 1 dot and 2 dots and am not sure which one should line up with the keyway? |

Crank is mark/key straight up, there will be a mark on the block Cam goes in the notch 180' from the E Mark and when timed the e mark is straight up. Will line up with knotch on back timing cover plate |
