would like to strengthen my sills and reduce the risk of rust further in the future.

can anyone give me a basic step by step guide of materials and process to do this..

There was a good discussion on FB about this this week. Basically any sill replacement MAY constitute a 'write off'.

That said if it's done to a good standard it may not be noticeable and return the integrity of the body. I've previously used 100x100 SHS which also matchs the factory lines and sits just below the footwell level and when pressed against the inside panel protrudes about 10-15mm.

Others have used smaller sections and different profiles such as silo profile and flat bar to create the 45 degree 'boat sills'

NSW Engineered. Nothing was said about the sills. Mine were originally full of rust like many.

100?x3mm plate, Then seperate chassis mounted rocksliders 100x50x3RHS
