So I decided to remove the heater unit (wasn't working and not really necessary) just wondering before I go ahead, if I use block off caps on the 2 circled areas on the pic, will the coolant still flow through the motor as usual minus the heater unit? I know I won't have a heater, if it's cold I will wear a jacket :/ |

Generally when the heater outlets are blocked off the result is the same as having the heater turned off normally. However ... can't see a picture so can't specifically address your actual intent here. |

If you’re referring to an SJ40 just cap the lines. This is not the case for all models- g16b’s require full flow through the heater core at all times. |
