Trying to get a roadworthy on a 1998 Vitara G16B/Financially ruin myself. Neither front indicator is working, nor is the drivers side side indicator.
Side indicator and one front indicator was rusted. Front one rusted to the point of not being able to get the globe out. The other one was perfectly fine though not working.

1. I'm guessing the rusted one blew something? What and where?
2. Is there a reasonable replacement or do i just look for a wreck?
3. How can i prevent rust in future? I assume something needs to be resealed?
