16 valve 1298cc sohc head on a 1298cc g13ba block?
Looking at a BA gasket on the BB head, head bolts line up, oil supply lines up, front and rear oil returns needs a trim but would work as is. Everything else seems to be coolant, which shouldn't be a problem.

It's not really something I'm going to persue, just wondered if there's something I'm missing here. G16b swap is probably less work than some kind of 16valve craby fed hybrid.

The head will fit but you will need to swap the pistons as the compression ratio would be to high. A quick calc shows the compression ratio would be 12.25:1 with BA pistons, if the valves even clear.

JDK81 has a brilliant spreadsheet for calculating compression here

IMO the tricky bit about building a 16v carby is driving the dizzy or fitting some sort of programable ignition.
