Congratulations on being selected for Auszookers Zook Owner of the Month!

How does it feel being honoured with the nomination for Z.O.O.M. 2017?

Good, I've read many other ZOOM members posts and am grateful for the opportunity.

So tell us about yourself. Who are you, What's the meaning to your username, Where do you live, and what do you do for a living?

My name is Brad, my old friends called me Rolly as I kept tipping my 4wds on their side, which is where my user name is from suz for Suzuki and Rolly because that’s what I do and still keep to my nick name. I live in Nanango and my home stomping ground is 7 mile diggings with my mate George (Brum) username. I also venture to Ipswich and visit REDNA and the boys down there. I've had many trades but finding work where I live is tough so I have settled on a school cleaner, easy work good hourly pay.

How did you get started in Suzuki's & how many have you owned?

My first car at the age of 15 was an 82 sierra with a Toyota motor in it, that’s where my addiction started to count ive had 10 6 sierras 2 vitaras and 2 ljs oh and a swift ha ha. Also picking up a sj510t early next year.

How long did it take you to build your zook to what it is today?

My current lwb is a hand down from my father which has been in my family over 12 years. Ive had it for approximately 3 and in that time ive done Vitara g16b power steering and a rear spool.

Any changes in store for your Suzuki?

Front locker would like an air locker, crawler gears as I find myself in harder tracks and situations every time I venture out. I also would like some body protection as in the last year starting from a car with not 1 dint to I don’t have a straight panel on it, it’s a bit dis heartening, but I enjoy getting away and having fun with mates as that’s what its all about.

What has been your best modification?

The best modification by far is the rear spool there is nothing better than the control off road with a locker or two

What has been your worst modification?

Extended shackles to clear the tyres I have since replaced the front spring packs and removed them

If you could have anybody else's zook, who's would it be and why?

I don’t know who owns it now but the super long wheel base build about 5 years ago I have 4 kids and that would suit me to a tea.

What has been your best 4wding trip?

That would have to be my weekend at landcruiser park this year it was just myself and wife with George and another mate just the two cars made it, many more chickened out at the last minute but it was awesome we drove every track we wanted to and not many dramas, I put mine on its side finding the old top test rally track but that’s what I do.

If you could go to any place in the world to wheel, where would that be?

Top of my list is Japan the scenery is beautiful then Moab as its just different terrain than here

Who are you closest to in the auszooker's community?

That would be Josh (redna) but would to meet more and go on a non-club run

What other toys/hobbies do you put a lot of time into?

Rc scale crawlers is another interest of mine, also getting in to cnc and 3d printing.

What is it about the auszookers that brings you back for more?

The information is easy to access and great people with good knowledge.

What about the auszookers forum would you like to see changed?

I think the forum works well for me.

Now for the million dollar question, who do you select to be the next Z.O.O.M. & why?

Brum.
