I'm just trying to follow your logic here.
For option 1, I'm assuming the vehicle upgrade is so you can tow a bigger van with the bike on it?
In which case you have vehicle and van/trailer costs. Big investment.
Option 2 sounds like the most affordable and practical.
You can easily fit your bike on one side of a normal box trailer and make a good slide-on kitchen/storage box for the remaining space in the trailer. Obviously using your current oztent and putting clothes/delicate items in the back of the GV.
Option 3 is half achievable in my view. I have friends that tow a nice little caravan with a NGV (if there is such a thing as a nice caravan
). Apparently it tows well, but with the water tanks full they know it's there.
I couldn't imagine you'd get a bike on there as well, I just don't know if the GV is up for it.
Perhaps if you pick up a really light camper like Zooks4life has got you could get your bike on top of it????
