My son has just acquired a 98 softtop but it no go

Just after some assistance if you can.

The engine turns over with key but no fuel or spark. You can jump the fuel relay and pump works. Crank sensor continuity checks ok, cam sensor looks ok

We get power to the auto stop relay( or whatever it's called) and the fuel pump relay but it appears no earth switching and therefore no start.
We have done lots of troubleshooting using google and the like but haven't nailed it.

We also don't have a manual or wiring diagram as yet
