ok! Here is the plan:
-Brace new housing (axle trusses and knuckle gussets)
-New HD cv's/axles( from big jimny once they are released)
-Air Locker
- Add a shim kit also from big jimny
-Diff gears(front and rear)
Am i missing any thing? I think that should make for quite strong diff yeh?

end of a pipe cap works... or bottom of a scuba tank etc =P
theres pics around here somewhere - but you can hose clamp it on as well, so if it gets thrashed its an easy replacement

I have been in-contact with Pete, if i end up getting a Diff from a wrecker just out of Brissy, it will be making a detour to the TSOR work shop, before it gets to me.

Ok got a quoted back on all the axles trusses and stuff.
For knuckle gussets, diff guard(front), axle truss front and rear, comes to $300 to my door step, which i didn't think was to bad
