has anything happened with this? im racking my brain coming up with some way to put a rear recovery point in. ive only got the front covered at this stage.
PS. Have a non-hayman reese towbar fitted atm.

Yeah. Thats why I'm wasting time drawing them up. Then all I have to do is give the scribbles to the laser cutter and have a couple dozen sets cut. :wink:

now a question... wht would this be better over a towbar in a recovery?

my towbar is bolted into the chassis in 4 different points, plus on the two tie down points.... so kinda 6ish points..... is that not a big recovery point for the car???

you can purchase them for the 50mm hitch but not the smaller jimny ones..

how bout a recovery point on the bottom of the gear box, something to put a d sahckle on to snatch them back onto their wheels........ continually......

im in the process of designing a hydraulic ram style setup... so it will just be a flick of the switch away :lol:

The Sierra will be a seperate bolt in job. Th Jimny chassis is much easier to work with.
