front vitara diff lock

hey there,
Just after some opinions/options on locking the front diff on my vitara. It has a anvil + steel 3rd and i was considering getting it welded. The rear has a factory LSD but its fairly useless once a wheel is lifted, I though maybe its cheaper to get a locker for the rear rather than get the LSD rebuilt?
any help would be rad

i would love an air locker but cannot afford one, Can i get a lockrite for the front? to go with the anvil? i heard you can use sami ones?
also if i was to get a lockrite in the rear, do i need a new Diff center as the current one is a factory LSD?
