Hiya all, I'm looking into buying a new starting/cyclic battery. I currently have a Supercharge Allrounder which is starting to tire after 3 years. I was thinking about buying an Exide Extreme but what about marine batteries as they are designed for high vibration and starting/cyclic loading? Something like this: Exide Marine They seem to be a bit cheaper then the automotive equivalent in the same size. What do you guys think? |

Marine batteries are good for 4wding as they are normally built to withstand harsh vibrations moreso than passenger vehicle cars. I'd use one if it was around the same price. |

As Dank said, if you can get it for a reasonable price, go for it. |
