I pulled up next to a similar Vit today and noticed I sat a decent about higher than he did even though I thought my suspension was stock.

What is the standard height and where do I measure it from?

Thx.

I'm not sure about what the stock height is, but are you running larger tyres or anything else that may affect the height?

Also if he had, say a big heavy bullbar on the front and a big heavy toolbox in the back it would sit lower too....

Also, he may have shagged out old springs which are sagging to make it sit lower...

Yeah mine feels tall too, I've got 30's so that's a 2 inch lift from the stock 26" wheels :D

I took some measurements when I did my lift - these are for original sagged bits:

About half way down the page.

Just took a couple of measurements to compare with yours Darkhorse.

Front drivers top of wheel arch to ground.

Darks: 765mm
Mine: 800mm

Front drivers top of wheel arch to hub.

Darks: 450mm
Mine: 450mm

Sill ground clearance.

Darks: 250mm
Mine: 300mm

Rear shocks look newish...pedders comfort gas I think I read ;)

Mine were stock 205/70s, so that accounts for some of the difference. From memory the pedders stuff doesn't give much lift, but are much stiffer. Someone might be able to confirm/deny that.
