Hey ive just bought my mk3 gti motor loom and ecu and am gathering parts for the conversion into my sierra. Ive done a heap of research and have found the below to be common fact Mazda 323 GTX Turbo 86-89 dizzy will work with mk2/ mk3 Suzisport angle drive will work with mk1 However i have also read some accounts of getting the angle drive to fit mk2/3 is this possible ? Thanks in advance Jonny PS will i need to change sumps if im running 2'' maybe even 4'' of suspension lift ? |

yeah you will need to switch sump and pick up, but make sure you rotate the engine by hand to make sure the pick up is free of the crank shaft. you may have to grind a bit out of the pick up bracket. also its only the mazda dizzy cap and button you need so its not that expensive. when die grinding the cap just go slow and do plenty of test fitting, same goes when drilling the button. chris |
