Hi all

I have a hilux diff a mate gave to me, but I would like to know how you can check the ratios of the diff. If you count the teeth on the ring Say (39) teeth does that mean its 3.9 ratio? I have no itea on diffs

Crown wheel teeth divided by pinion teeth gives ratio.
EG 41 divided by 10 = 4.1:1
