Trying to get the thing Roadworthied so i can finalise the transfer of my Sierra. 3 page list, but there are a few things that i am in need of some clearing up. -laws regarding my tube front and rear bars? unfortunately the front was welded on too by previous owner. -door trim missing (is this really a rw issue? doesn't matter coz i got it at home) -are gay bonnet scoops not allowed? -fly wheel inspection plate (has a 1.6 efi fitted) no inspection plate there. what do i need. the rest of the list is little things like securing things properly, exhaust hangers, pedal pads, mud flaps etc etc.... go here to see pics of my car so you know what i am talking about. http://www.auszookers.com/index.php?nam ... ic&t=16849 thanks. |

Tom is this zook engineered for the SPOA and 1.6 motor? if not, you should probably talk to an engineer and get that sorted before you proceed any further... |

Yes sierra's have them stock, however, my zook is spoa and doesn't have one and mine is engineered... so go figure... |

Does everything on the car have to be engineered or can you just get what you want engineered. (eg. just spoa and nothing else.) If anyone knows of an engineering in the eastern suburbs that i could talk to it would be much appreciated. |

looks on the vicroads website and search it for VASS. thats the guys that can sign off stuff.. have used talktorque (bill matzoukis?) with a couple of projects. 4agze into a holden nova. 4agze + coilovers + cage + seats + whole bunch of other susp mods, rangie ute conversion. and he has been pretty reasonable to deal with. Door cards are needed as they are under an occupant protection thing. IE you roll the car, you can cut yourself pretty bad on the exposed door frame. or so the auto-x scrutineers tell us. |

Ie all vehicle mods to pass the modification rules of the said state so it can be deemed road legal and safe. |

it so retarded they let you run all that lift without a tyre increase... the COG benefits so much from that extra weight, its surely safer to run them... but noooOOooOooo.... lol |
