your better off looking through the 'Rigs of Auszookers' and 'I madeit and Fabrication' sections for ideas.

Plenty of guys how have one some good fabrication work for their seirra's and posted pics and what not, just take the time to scroll through a heap of threads

I like my bar :P but should have made it out of 150x75x4 RHS or something lighter rather than 150 PFC (9.5mm flanges....). Ended up about 35kg finished which is a lot of weight to drop on the front of a Zook. 150x75x4 RHS probably would have cut that back to about 20-25kg.

Pics in the build thread in my sig.

I've built all my bars and side steps in my shed, just made it up
as I went along there a bit differant to any bars I've ever seen, with a winch bar up front and a rear bar capable of fitting a 9500lb
winch in rear(hidden) but I havnd got round to buying one yet and fitting
it , check out my picks on photo bucket, might give u some ideas?
