I did it to my coily, used a WT transfer case, WT transfer mounts, WT jackshaft. You will have to use the WT tailshaft (front/rear/jackshaft) nuts and bolts as the coily transfer case has a thread taped into each flange. Takes about 40mins to do if that! |

Also, I wouldn't bother putting one in unless it's got reduction gears fitted or the coily one is toast. No real gain other than allowing you to fit gears. |

High range reductions for his Coily would be 6.7% for the 1.3case, or 19.6% for the 1.0 case. Not to be sneezed at, and then there's reduction gears to go further if he wants. |

Just swap the flanges over mate. Thats all you need to do. Put a wanted ad up for WT transfer flanges.

Or you could keep those flanges on it, and put up an ad for NT driveshafts, 'cos you're going to need whole a new jackshaft anyway. |

Iv'e got the NT jackshaft and might be able to get the driveshafts so thats an idea i can think about, cheers for the input Richo |

picked up a NT 1lt transfer with mounts and jackshaft and both driveshafts for $150 so i'm gonna have a crack at the conversion this week without reduction gears to see how big a difference it makes to my coily. I'm currently running 30" stt's so hopefully it gives some better low range! |

Good luck with the conversion Richo. Rusho, I reckon you'd be very surprised at the difference. Mine has 30"s, and with the 1L case it makes a huge difference. 
In anycase even if you're after more gearing, $150 isn't a bad spend for an immediate improvement. Especially considering that for gears you need to do the conversion anyway

Take the original flanges and cut a section of about 5-10mm (can't remember exact amount) of the splined section off, this becomes a spacer. Slip it onto the output shaft, then slip the coily flanges on. It will space them out enough so they don't foul on the case body. |

Just sell the NT case and buy a donor WT for the reduction gears... I picked mine up for $90, you could get atleast half that for the NT case. |
