Finaly got the locker sorted .

Had to take some meat off the spacers and add about 2.4mm of thrust washers either side of the couplers to get the spacings right, so I guess it is now custom one off fit grand Vitara auto locker.

Locks when I power on and clicks when turning. Doesn't jerk or mess around either on the bitumen. Just keep a light throttle and it is all good.

If any one has access to suzuki thrust washer pricing, is $11 each a fair price?? Had to buy six.

Its that time of year again to pull apart the front and rear diffs.
Need to replace the thrust washers as the ones installed have worn down.
Woundering where the best palce to source these from?

If buying genuine from Suzuki, they come in different thicknesses, so you don't need to buy lots of thin ones.
