Noticed today that brake lights were on while zook parked in carport. Battery flat. Checked fuses, played around here and there, brake lights sometimes on, sometimes off -typical lady (ok, ready for critisism  ). Jump started and still played up now-and-then. Noticed it was due to "play" on brake lever. Any suggestions to rectify would be appreciated.

Nope, but never seen a return spring on the pedal go soft either |
