Any one know where I can source a Snorkel for my 08 Jimny in tas?
I've seen them on a few build ups and want one as the next investment.

Think it was $420 (+ fitting of $100). Not exactly sure as I got a UHF as well - and I think that was $330. Can't find the receipt at the moment.

suzistore also sell some, but the TJM ones are much better looking.

my TJM cost around $470 plus $120 fitting, or there abouts.

Just be warned...there is a loud "suction type" noise now when accelerating. Much, much louder than without a snorkel.

gjb is right, and mine is bloody loud, can hear it over muddies and even the radio sometimes. it sounds like some sort of japanese rice burner car, but i like it, mine makes its loudest noise at 3500rpm.

So I finally have a TJM Snorkel sitting on my back porch.

Planning to try and fit it over the weekend.

the instructions say I need a 81mm hole saw the closest ones I can get are about 75mm and 90mm

can anyone tell me if a slightly bigger hole makes a difference?

Thanks

pretty sure they make an 81mm hole saw, just need to look in a better tool shop, other wise make the hole 75 and get the die grinder out
