who knows the length of the front axles and cvs in a jimny, are the cvs the same as a wide track, cheers

CV's are smaller than 1.3 WT sierra. Axles would be longer as Jim diff is wider.

is it only the short side side that is longer or are both, looking to try get some decent axles and cvs for when these 1s decide to break

Pretty sure its both. You are not a pioneer unfortunately. This has been researched already and proven to be unfruitful.

yea some 1 said to check the widths agains a wide track, to see if i could just get to wt long axles and have 1 cut and resplined,

was also told that maurita? axles and cvs are the same jsut there 26 spline instead of wat the jimny has, think it was trail gear that told me that

i knosw a coily rear short side shaft is the same as an LJ50 rear shaft but its 26 spine

Jimny axles are 40mm wider than Sierra WT stuff. The jimny also runs a 1 litre style cv that has a 19 spline input shaft, not 22 like Sierra gear. As far as I know (from what I have been told) the piranha axles are just an upgrade to 22 spline Sierra type.
