Hey everyone, Unsure of the best way to approach fitting transfer reduction gears to my 1.0L sierra.. 1.0L Long wheel base Chasis 1.3L Motor 1.3L 5 Speed 1.0L Transfer (NO SWITCH) 1.0L Tail Shafts 1.3L Wide Track Diffs (Flanges Drilled to suit) To my knowledge Reduction gears wont fit into that transfer. Long wheel Base Wide Track Shafts are rare as rocking horse sh!t And need to keep the Drum Brake on transfer What would you do? Cheers in Advance and i know this may have been covered before and i have wasted to much time trying to find it already. |

So wait all your saying is get a 1.3 nt Transfer and it will mate up to my 1.0L tailshafts? 1.0L Flanges and NT are the same then? |

As shep said, also, can't you just re-mount the case handbrake on the 1.3 case? |

thats what i did i have wt front diff and tailshaft, wt jack shaft, wt transfercase with nt handbrake and a half and half rear shaft and wt rear diff. i wouldent mind betting though that the long bit of a lwb rear tailshaft is the same as the long bit of a swb front shaft. |

NT transfers have the handbrake on them anyway |
