Guys....

Just come across some 1ltr Diffs (Front 22spline & the Rear being 26spine)

Nope. They are too small. 1L have the same sized centre and R&P as LJ80.

1.3 NT and WT diffs are much bigger.

Left field I know, but have a think about swapping the whole axles over. The housings are smaller for better ground clearance, and 1.3NT axles swap straight in as a CV upgrade over the 1.0 stuff.

Disadvantages are : rear brakes aren't self adjusting, you'll need 1.0 spring plates and U bolts as the axletubes are smaller diameter, and you'll need to make hybrid driveshafts, unis, or swap to 4WD light flanges on the transfer.

I liked my 1.0 axles under my trayback. Under some circumstances, my car was more capable on them with a rear locker only than with WT diffs and twin lockers and 5.12 gears.

Steve.
