Just wondering if there's a difference between rear main oil seals from the jap import versions of the g16b. I have one of these engines (blOck stamped g16a but is the efi version). I'm going to ring Suzuki this arvo and get a rear main ordered! Is there any other vital seal I should do before putting it in.?

I bought a rear main seal yesterday and discovered that 1.0, 1.3, 1.6A & 1.6B all use the same 86/68/8 or 97491 seal.

Yep same seal for sure! I've changed heaps of G16A MPFI import rear mains. All off the shelf G16B parts.
