i got a cheapo one for my 100 series cruiser. everyone on another forum told me that the plastic is crap and it will crack and fade and fall apart after a year. well 2 years on it still look like brand new, and i can buy another 3 if i need to before they will cost more than the top of the range snorkel!! mine was a copy of an airtec, but who knows made it. no guarentee that its the same manufacturer as the one in that link. |

Yep. Pretty quick deliver, good product. From what I've read, the materials used are different to real Safari snorkels, so you may get 10-15 years use out of it instead of 30 years from a safari unit. But really, who gives a flying Fk, I'll most probably kill, roll or sell the fkr before then Here's some pics..

It should come with a template. Look at it and you'll soon figure it out. The hardest part is building up the courage to cut and drill the quarter panel. Other than that you might have to remove some plastics from inside the guard that connest to the air box. All up it took me a lazy 1 1/2 hours to do. |
