I recently destroyed my rear diff along with my arb locker. i've been searching but im confused on which lockright to get for the rear do i get the 1510's or 1512's. And which one do i fit in the front if i wanted to get a lockright in the front.

Next question is how hard is it to put one in myself i am quite mechanically minded.

I used a Sierra rear one front and back but I am running a sierra hemisphere in the gv front diff
If ur running 22 spline in the front u will need to get the special one that fits the front but it's with couplers

I used a Sierra auto locker in my Vitara front, a Spartan though.
You need the cross pin support blocks, and the side gears from Sierra (22 or 26 depending on ya Vit spline count)
My rear was already fitted, so can't say what part number, but it is a Vitara Lock right one.

there is no difference between the 1510 and 1512 lockright gears. the 1512 does not come with new pins as you have to reuse the vitara/gv pins.

Buy the 1510. Its cheaper.

Would the 1510 fit in the front and rear?
