i have a nt sierra ute with pree much stock suspesion so f@ck all flex atm whats best way to get more flex. will removing leaves from the standard packs make any differance???

Few Ways But If i was u i would just Replace the stock Springs with some New 2 inch Lifted ones .. and take some leafs out of that pack ... longer shocks would also help ... i might be wrong in saying this .. but if u start to play around with the stock springs taking springs out of the pack u might end up with Banana springs Because they are old and settled in .. could be wrong haha.. also depending on how much effort u want to go to .. a RUF set up would be good :) .. its all $ and time at the end of the Day .. have u undone
the sway bar's ?

... also of people put the WT diffs on the Narrow tack zook's with Narrow Track Spacing on the Springs .. they find it flex's good :)

what does undoing sway bars do man?
um yer wt conversion one day but for now just want more flex . if i were to change the springs to 2 inch lift would i need new shocks also. sorry dont know much about all this.

start by putting the steel tray back on. Utes don't flex very well in the rear because there is very little weight over the back end.

hey man Removing the Swaybars if ur zook has any on it will Allow the Springs to flex more.. but u may find u have a bit more body roll to be honest .. cant really Tell the Diff ..

The Whole Idea of RUF is using longer springs but u will see alot of people Extend The Chasie out this is not needed to DO IT u Can Redril the Re Spring Perch to Run RUF .. :) Alot Easyer :)

whats all this true crap? it truely has rear springs in the front, who cares which way he has gone about it they all have their advantages, we just dont push 1 type down everyones throats here as being the only way to do it, much like 660cc turbos and 34" Swampers

Yes Correct Alot Easyer / People Say its A Half Ass Job But Take a Read Before u Decided what way to Lean towards :) if U Cant Use a Welder Its A Easy Way of Doing it .. might not be as Good But its Still better then Normal Front Springs :)

hahah Shep I know that All to well haha :) im Twin locked havnt bothered to soften the leaf packs or Do RUF yet 31s 6.5 Transgears Drive's Up everything its a Joke haha .. only Problem is its not very Stable .. lol Lift wheel here and there Lol :helloo: in Saying that theres nothing in perth iv tryed to Drive up and havnt got up one way or another :lol: il Be working on my Springs Soon :).. the problem with twins and no flex is u often Drive your Self into Bad Angle haha not the most Stable thing haha

I have done it both ways, so i speak from experience.

Do it right the first time. extended shackles will make it drive like ass on the road.

Try hard, how bout you put your brain into gear before you put your mouth into action. Just cos its "easier", doesnt make it right

Maby If u Listened to what i said .. and yes i Do think it might not be the Best Way to do it .. but alot of people do it that way .. to be honest .. if i Listened to half the Stuff on hear i wouldnt be Running Twin AUTO LOCKER BECAUSE PEOPLE SAY THEY ARE SH** .. Each to there own .. your Drives like Ass on the Road might be Diff to mine .. I Told the Guy he need to Do some Reading and not just jump right into it .. but Yes OF Course its Easyer way to do it Does Not Mean its wrong .. just because u do not like .. it.. FYI I used to run 2x Extended Shakles Front /Rear now just in Rear .. I Found it a Little harch But its a Zook after all a Play toy Im not asking for perfection .. some people are ..

Whatever you do, don't forget that if you raise/extend the suspension, you'll pretty soon need extended brake lines.

Whoever used to own my zook didn't put extended lines on and I have to before I break one...

whats the point in encouraging people to do things in an in correct and illegal way?? yes redrilling mounts is going to be seen as illegal. extended shackles = illegal.

moving mounts on the chassis can be plated/ engineered.

10% extra work, and 1000% better result
