i was mounting my cb radio under my glove compartment and i thought it will be a good idea to mount it under the glovebox to the right hand side, i drilled into plastic and then i herd a hiss. pressurized gas came out with white foam. what have i hit  help will be appreciated.

i've seen air con gas liquify near the hole in a white bubbled liquid, not as foamy as shaving cream or anything but. |

So did I..... but it happens ... Use to get a couple of cars a year where the owner put something through the evaporator. Always was hard to not laugh out loud at them... |

it shouldnt be that pricey. at least you KNOW where the hole is. just a patch and re-gas. maybe 200 bux |

nah mate you are dreaming 
if hes gone through the evaporator that will need to be replaced, ,more then $200 alone let alone the labour plus youre gonna need to have the reciever/drier done too (legal requirement with aircon stuff if its been unsealed) |
