i believe efs are the longest for sierra but there is also a mod you can do called a RUF which uses the rear sierra springs in the front. Here is the a link on it: http://www.auszookers.com/index.php?nam ... ic&t=21321 |

EFS 65mm Rears are the longest rear spring. asking for the longest front spring is a little bit counter productive. You could probably go with something like the desert fox rear springs in the front and run two mains and a lift spring and it should sit nice but mods will be needed. 65mm efs rears will need probably at least 2-3 springs removed to achieve a desirable ride height in the front with a G13 motor a decent chassis extension. |

Carry rear springs make for an extra long front sierra spring. You can get them from the wreckers cheap and get them reset however you want. These are about as long as you can go without RUF apparently. |

Sutho, how bout you get some main leafs made to your desired length and fill the pack with some spare 2" fillers. Blokes over your way do mains for $60ea, to what ever length and height you want. Or they make a complete pack.. |

i have efs fronts and they are too short IMO. theyre a very nice spring, flex well and are (relatively) comfortable, much better than my old OME springs, but my shackles arent far from vertical... |

Do you happen to have a measurement? Eye to eye, along the top of the main spring? |

I was told by a mate that anything more than a 50 mm lift on a 2009 Grand Vitara seriously compromises steering and general road handling due to to great an angle on the front suspension..
Does anyone know what the real answer is as I would like to lift mine a tad higher then that!! |
