I can not remember which, but I have heard rumor one engages and disengages better than the other. I can not remember if it is the one that comes with the couplers, or the one that re-uses your side gears. I am sure someone will come along and tell us which is better (if it is not just all in the setup). I am not 100% but I believe your front diff will have 22 spline side gears and axles, the rear will always be 26 spline. You may want to look for a steel front diff when you can. They hold up better than the ally ones. |

the one with couplers is really hard on the driveline. Best to use the 1510 that uses your side gears. |

Im going through this at the moment aswell. Did some googling and found that using the stock side gears allows a smoother locking/unlocking, compared to using the couplers which are more agressive |

Did some googling and found that using the stock side gears allows a smoother locking/unlocking, compared to using the couplers which are more agressive x2, i run the one without the couplings, just make sure you get someone decent to install it for you. will decide whether your car will stay a pleasure to drive or become a pig to drive. |

i dont want to be the one to make the decision for you but yeah. have a look on the lowrange offroad (i think) website and choose your model vit, then choose the locker WITHOUT couplers. enjoy |
