Ok i was given these wheels for the Zook
I bolted one on the front and it aint enough room to turn.
So i want to know what mods need to be done so they fit?
i.e 2" body lift? remove front bumper?

id start with a 2" suspension lift first, then you may need a body lift (not sure) and there will be a few things you will need to take to with a hammer (inside seal pannel on front) and most likely chop the bumper a bit.

i only run 30's but want 31's soon, so im also interested, my 30's are sweet with flogged out suspension and a little hammer work so im hoping 2" suspension lift will be enough.

Although i have a 2" spring lift instead, just means you need to extend the bumpstops as the tyres will still move up as far as they did stock and will hit the body otherwise.

So either way will work.

a 2" suspension lift will clear 31's perfectly, until you drive your car, the suspension moves and your tyres collide with the guards just like they would have with stock suspension. If you are determined to try an run a 31 with no BL, be prepared for lots of hammer and grinder work and needing some access to a welder (for the rear bumpstop spacers)

There a bigger difference between 30's and 31's than is apparent - their added width means they no longer tuck into the guard when flexing - that's where the added clearance is required


31's require bumpstop spacing and significant guard work to clear without a BL - or you could run a 2" BL and deal with suspension performance as a separate issue.

Don't get me wrong, I love a low car, but it's just not worth cutting the car up to run a 31 when it's a no brainer with a 2" BL

Redrill your diff 22mm forward, 25mm bump stop spacer on the front and cut off the out riggers. It will need the seams massaged but won't touch
This is on dead flat springs

How much up travel you have left?

Ok so i will get a cheap 2 " body lift ( sponsor ??) and bolt the rims back on the front and remove what needs to come out.

All i did was a 2" spring lift, 30mm bump stop spacers and cut the outriggers off. Works very well for me.
Tyres clear everything, they only rub on the rear with wheel spacers on.

Best to do some more searching.

2" spring does not require brake lines.

I can't comment on whether a 2" spring lift will work well for what you want. There's loads of suspension threads.

Body lift, bumpstop spacing and guard cutting clears tyres, suspension lift provides increased compression wheel travel to permit higher speeds on rough ground.
