I got a throttle body i'll eventually pop on top of my LPG setup, just wondering what this bypass bit is all about. Is this an idle flow bypass or is it a feed to go to some sensor? Hopefully the green arrows are dark enough to make sense of

That would go to the idle up air bypass solenoid. Block it off when you mount it. SHouldn't have any issues |

OK cool, I have the adaptor plate made, was just wondering if I need to get the dremel out and accomodate for this. So the throttle butterfly is supposed to sit slightly open at rest to allow for an idle flow? |

If it has the bypass blocked off then yes it will need to be slightly open. Fab up a throttle stop so you can adjust your idle speed. |

It's got an adjuster screw already, but as it's set the butterfly is 100% closed at rest. Easy fix, cheers guys |

butterfly should sit slightly open so it doesnt jam or give a stiff feel when opening |
