I got one on my zook, seems to have no trouble cooling it, it came with this crap 9 inch one but it was no good so I got a spal 11 inch and it has been good so far. If you get one just make sure you buy a decent one. |

also good for water crossing switch it off to stop snapping blades and water being splashed all around your engine bay |

is it better to buy one from somewhere like supercheap or autobarn, or a good second hand one from a wrecker? new cheap brand or used OEM quality? |

Oem quality is better. But they rarely are easy to bolt on. Otherwise buy a qyality brand if you want to get longetivity out of it. |

Check the Lincoln mark IV type cars if you got any like that, and also minivans. They have a nice shrouded pancake fan that really pulls the air. The shroud fits perfect, and bolts through the supports. Mine came from a minivan with a larger radiator, and two fans,. One had a bigger motor and no shroud, the one I pulled was off the other side of the radiator and it had a shroud and pancake motor. Seriously the OEM's work excellent. I have not fond an aftermarket fan that can keep up with OEM used. |
