ok to start with the car is a 1988 suzuki sierra wt leafy g13a. Question for anyone in the know about the motors, ive just put 6.5s in wacked it in low range and the reduction is crazy. BUT! once the auto choke turns off and the revs drop it wont just idle along not even in low range with 6.5's. I let the clutch out in 1st gear low range, I'm under the impression that it should just idle along but it just cuts out and stalls. Anyone who know what might cause this please let me know. My brother thinks its carby related but i though i would double check. thanks Aaron.

If the car idles fine with clutch in or out of gear then the carb is fine.

You ain't gonna be idling up hills anytime soon. You have a 1.3 engine not a 6lt diesel.

Check the tune and what dos it idle at when warm??

You can add a switch in the cabin to switch the idle up solenoid for crawling.
