Went to put my locker in my Jimny and I have discovered a problem
I can't seem get the diff center in because the copper tube is in the way.
The Jimny front diff housing is a stupid design.
They give you no clearance at all, I have 1mm of clearance right around the center to play with. There are slots in the bolting ring that alouds the crown wheel to go through. So only one way it will go it.

Here is a pic, sorry it's bad qaulity not much light.

That's what I did but it's awfully close to the crown wheel now. Hope it doesn't come in contact with the crown wheel, that would be bad

$1126 :( rear one was cheaper

when we did ours it didn go over the crown wheel but it hit on the housing at the front
which peirced the copper had to ground the housing center out enough to let the copper fit with enough movement
works a treat now

It's all bolted in now I just reshaped it around the front of the crown wheel and it went straight in.
